I bought some few years ago, but ordered them by Summit Racings in the US. Another friend from France did simply mask and paint his taillights, because there's nowhere to find them around here ... sorry mate.

What is the law governing those tail light covers in other European countries?
In Great Britain they're technically illegal as you need to have rear reflectors on your car to pass the annual MOT (Ministry of Transport Test) Test. Those rear light covers cover up the rear reflectors.
