There exists two tires in size 215/50R16:

Kumho 712
Bridgestone RE010

There are both hard to find. I found them last year at www.reifen.de

Don't forget that I'm living Germany this year and I'm moving back to Poland... So I would like to stay with an european type of tires... I think I will go for Pirelli P7 either Dunlop SP Sport 9000.
